    Timely Presence

    Placing an Order

    • Select your box on our website, then enter the desired name, dates, quotes, and/or high-resolution photos. Add your selected items to the box, and we’ll handle the rest! We include a handwritten or hand-signed message acknowledging each milestone.

    • Yes! Simply add the items to your cart, and enter different shipping addresses for each recipient at checkout.

    • Please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been processed.

    Shipping & returns

    • Delivery times vary depending on location. With standard shipping, your recipient should get their first gift within five to seven days of your order submission.

    • For your recipient’s first gift, you can select either standard or express shipping at checkout. All other gifts will be delivered using standard shipping on or before the specified milestone date.

    • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your gift box, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that personalized items may not be eligible for returns. Refer to our return policy for full details.
